One Way LinksThe easiest way to get one way links is to submit to Directories. If possible choose niche directories that relate to your website. Choose directories that have high Google Page Rank - check that the page in the directory you are submitting to has a high page rank (you will often find that the Home Page has a high Google page rank but internal pages have a significantly lower Page Rank) and in a real estate category.It is very important to build your links over time. DO NOT submit 100s of links at one time - the search engines recognise this type of link building and will penalise you. Build links over time - it is more natural. Say about 20 links / day. You can do this manually BUT it takes time - we recommend you outsource this task or use one of the tools below. Free / Reciprocal / Paid DirectoriesDirectories will fall into one of these 3 categories (or offer combinations!). Yahoo Directory will cost $299! DMoz - a real must to get into - costs nothing! There are a growing number of Bid Directories - like BiddingForLinks.comWe do NOT recommend tools that claim to automatically submit your link to Directories accepting one way links. We have seen too many sites being banned with such tools. We recommend tools that use Manual Submission with lots of features to minimise the amount of labour and time. Using these tools we can submit a site to about 20 Directories in 30 minutes. There are two tools that we recommend for one way links. One is much cheaper than the other but they both get the job done.
