MUMBAI (Thomson Financial) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said it has placed its ratings, including its 'B+' corporate credit rating, on Ryerson Inc. on negative watch, citing lower than anticipated performance resulting in credit metrics below the ratings agency's expectations.
