If you don't have a garden, some nice pot plants along the front will add appeal. Many people use an outdoor area for entertaining. You can create one easily with a barbie and an outdoor setting. Add some shade with a sail or portable gazebo. If the whole looks neat and tidy, then people tend to believe that no major maintenance is necessary.
